Total directed by Bo Platt

1 May 2012

Total directed by Bo Platt of Premier Heure in Paris, was shot for Africa, and the commercial was shot in Johannesburg. Johannesburg offering diverse local colour in terms of ethnicities, cultures and diverse architectures. We shot some of the Arabian architecture as background plates in Durban.  The beautiful vistas of open space to be found just outside our city centres in South Africa offers film makers an enormous range of possibilities within reasonably short distances.

"Shebeen" - a township tavern or drinking hole. Once illegal and frequently raided by the fuzz, shebeens are now pretty groovy hangouts in the townships. Note- AMEX not accepted here.
